Hollywood Smile
It is not impossible to have a healthy and perfect smile thanks to Hollywood Smile.
For the Hollywood Smile:
• The colour, size and arrangement of the teeth are important.
• Upper incisor teeth should be more apparent than other teeth.
• On a beautiful and healthy smile, the teeth are adjusted according to the harmony with your face shape.
• The lips should be symmetrical.
• The gingivae (gums) should be healthy and symmetrical. When starting the Smile Design, we first take photos of your teeth for the best smile that suits you. We choose the most suitable teeth form with the 3D view of your teeth. We prepare a temporary tooth model according to this form. We apply porcelain laminae or zirconiums to your teeth up to the model you like and approve.
*** In addition to implant treatment for your lost teeth which disrupts dental aesthetics, gingival aesthetics is also performed to make your gingivae symmetrical according to your needs.

Dental Implants
What is implant?
The implant is an artificial tooth root, usually in the form of a screw, placed in the jaw bone in places of the missing tooth or teeth and made for the support of prosthesis. Implants are mostly made of titanium. Because it fits the jaw bone like a part of the body.
The implants are placed in the jaw bone by a small surgical operation in Dental Clinics. Since local anesthesia is applied during the operation, no pain is felt.
After the implants are placed, it is necessary to wait between 1-6 months so that they can hold on tight with jaw bone. After all these steps are completed, the prosthesis is placed.
*Implant Applications need healthy gingiva and jaw bone that can support the implant.
It is also necessary to care about the porcelain teeth placed on implant application. Prostheses made of Zirconium abutment and Zirconium are preferred for incisor teeth, while titanium-based abutments are preferred for molar teeth.
* Implants can be used for lifetime when properly and well cared.

Orthodontics
It works to prevent dental deformities, cure existing disorders and give good aesthetics, speech and function on our children and adult patients. Tooth crowding (labioversion) may be caused by genetics (parents’ anatomic teeth and jaw structure) or environmental (thumb sucking, nail biting, loss of baby teeth at an early age, etc.) reasons. Untreated crowding can lead to chain problems such as psychological problems that occur during adulthood, dental and gingival problems caused by not being brushed well due to crowding, speech problems, joint problems, etc.

Teeth may lose their whiteness over time due to food, beverages (tea, coffee, etc.), smoking and early use of antibiotics. For this, Teeth Whitening (bleaching) process is applied to remove the colouring in the teeth.
Treatment Methods
1. Office Type Whitening (Office Bleaching)

This operation takes approximately 1 hour. In your tooth colour, bleaching up to 2-3 tons is ensured.
2. Home Type Whitening (Home Bleaching)
A transparent plaque and whitening agent that patient can be apply at home are prepared by the dentist and explained how to use it at home during the day.
** In both methods, peroxide based bleaching agents are used. However, 15-43% peroxide is used in the Office Whitening Process, while 3-20% peroxide is used in the Home Whitening Process. Therefore, the most effective method among whitening processes is Office Whitening.

Endodontics
Root Canal Treatment (Endodontics)
The dental pulp (known as ‘nerve’ among people) in the center of the tooth provides the nutrition and development of the tooth. Pulp can be damaged, inflamed or infected for many reasons. In these cases, the root canal should be cleaned and filled with dental filling. This operation is called as Root Canal Treatment.
Infection in the root canal may cause factors such as;
> Pain that does not go away even with painkillers
> Swelling of the face or neck
> Tooth breakage
> Pressure on nerves
> Tooth discolouration.
The patient will not feel any pain since the Root Canal Treatment will be performed by applying local anesthesia to the tooth.
Root Canal Treatment can be done in one or several sessions depending on the condition of the tooth. The treatment operation takes approximately 1 hour.
Treated teeth can be used for lifetime with proper oral and dental care.

Periodontology
Periodontology is a scientific discipline that deals with inflammatory diseases and treatment of soft and hard tissues that surround the teeth. All tissues surrounding the teeth are called periodontal tissues.
The first sign of periodontal diseases is bleeding in the gingiva. The gingiva is red and swollen. At the same time, bad breath and sensitivity in teeth can be added to these symptoms.
* Periodontal diseases can be seen at any age. It usually progresses without symptoms because it does not cause pain in patients.
The goal with periodontal treatment is to keep unhealthy teeth that seem impossible in the mouth. Different treatment methods are applied depending on the type of the disease. (such as scaling, root planing, regenerative, reconstructive and mucogingival operations). Moreover, gingiva aesthetics of individuals with high smile lines are performed with periodontal treatment.
