Hair Transplant Technique with FUT: (Follicular Unit Transplantation)
The Fut method hair transplantation technique, which emerged in 1955, is an outdated method for today's conditions. From the stretch part, that is, the part where there is no shedding, a piece of skin is cut out as a half cm wide and 13 cm long strip. No damage to the integrity of the hair under microscopes. The hair follicles on the skin part taken from the head are taken and transferred to the area where transplantation is intended. Today, it is not a
preferred method because the scar of the place where the hair follicles are taken are obvious, and also painful and the healing process is longer than modern methods.

Fue Hair Transplant Operation (Follicular Unit Extraction)
Fue Hair Transplant Operation is accepted as the most advanced hair transplantation technique of today. People who apply this hair transplant method have completely natural looking hair. It leaves little scars and the healing process is fast. It does not create stitch marks on the neck. Fue Hair Transplant Operation is applied one by one with very thin special needles from the hair follicles or other hairy parts of the body without surgery.

The Process of Fue Hair Transplant Operation
• First of all, the area where the hair follicle will be used is shaved to remain 1 mm in length. The purpose of this is to better detect the hair follicles and to see the area where hair transplantation will be performed more clearly.
• In the next procedure, the area where the technique will be applied is wiped with antiseptic solutions, creating a sterile environment and local anesthesia is applied.
• After the area where the hair follicles will be taken is anesthetized with local anesthesia, the roots are entered one by one with very thin needles with a diameter of 0.9-1 mm. This process will take an average of 3 hours. Since this process takes a little longer than other stages, it is appropriate to take a break for a while after the stage.
• Hair follicles are extracted and follicular units called grafts are obtained. Until the required number of grafts is reached, these procedures repeat between 2-6 days.
• During this process, the most important point for the hair to appear naturally is the direction of hair growth and the hair structure of the patient.

Post Process of Fue Hair Transplant Operation:
After the procedure, the transplanted hair begins to fall out when it is completed for about a month, and in 2-3 months, new hair grows from the balding areas and the balding area is visibly filled.

Fue Method Types:
• Classic FUE (Micromotor): In the FUE hair transplant method, hair follicles collected and separated using a micro motor are transplanted into manually opened ducts.
• Robotic Fue: In robotic hair transplantation method, hair follicles are collected by the hair transplant robot. After the ducts are opened with the hair transplant robot, the collected roots are transplanted manually.
• Sapphire Fue: In the Sapphire FUE hair transplantation method, a special sapphire-tipped pen is used instead of metal slit in the ducts opening phase. What makes the method different
are these sapphire tips that allow smaller

DHI Method

DHI Method

Although some studies accept that the DHI technique is a new method of hair transplantation, some sources state that this application is a method of FUE technique performed with implanter, although they do not scientifically recognize it as a technique. The DHI technique is also known as unshaven hair transplantation. The aim of the DHI hair transplant method is to focus on the openings in the areas where the hair is sparse, without damaging the existing hair, and to perform a more dense and more natural hair transplant procedure. Choi needle with a thin, round, and sharp tip is used during this process. Hair follicles are collected from the donor area with a Choi needle. This method differs from other FUE hair transplant methods by directly transplanting the hair follicles to the bald area without opening a canal. In summary, the known duct opening and placement stages of the FUE method are performed simultaneously in DHI through the Choi pen. Thus, it is thought that the success of hair transplantation has increased since the hair follicles are kept less outside the body.

DHI Technique Process
• Before starting the transplantation process, the area to be transplanted and the donor area are analyzed in a computer environment with a high-resolution camera. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the type of hair, the density of the shedding, the density of the area to be transplanted, and the number of follicles that can be removed.
• As a result of the analysis, the hair is cut a little and the area to be transplanted is designed.
• Then, local anesthesia is applied to the donor area so that the patient does not feel pain and the nape area is numbed.
• Then the hair follicles are taken with micro tips and kept in a solution that will increase the health of the hair follicles and prevent them from being damaged.
• After the follicle extraction from the donor area is completed, local anesthesia is applied to the area to be transplanted.
• In hair transplantation with a Cholimplanter pen, the hair follicles are carefully placed in the pen one by one, after the assistants do this, the hair follicles are given to the specialist doctor for transplantation.
• The doctor also transplants the hair follicles at angles of 40-45 degrees. Another point is to make them in accordance with the direction of the previous hair of the person.
• After the angle and direction of the hair follicles placed in the Choi needle are determined, the transplantation is made with the pushing feature of the needle; In the operation, between 2 and 6 Choi pens and 15-16 Choi tips are used, the pen tips can be in different sizes and this determines the hair follicle and thickness structure of the person.
• Hair transplant operation takes approximately six to seven hours.

Post Process of DHI Operation:
Since the duct is not opened after this method, the crusting period is short and the scabs are completely poured within a week. Conditions such as crusting, itching, redness, and shedding after hair transplantation are normal and can be considered as part of the healing process. The transplanted hair is shed in 2-3 weeks and new hair starts to grow. Within 6 months, a part of it becomes completely natural. Within 1 year, it gains the old hair appearance and the follicles do not fall out.

How Long Does Hair Transplant Take?
A normal hair transplant procedure takes an average of 5-6 hours in a day. This period varies depending on the number of hair follicles (grafts) transplanted and the hair transplantation technique. After the hair transplant, if the person does not want to be informed about the hair transplant, it needs an average of 15 days. If he does not have such a concern, he can return to his daily life within 2 days.

How Long Will The Patient Have New Hair?
After the operation, crusting occurs in the part where the transplantation is made, and the patient can prevent crusting by washing his hair with the scalp once a day after the operation. It takes 7-10 days for the crusting to shed completely and the area where the operation was performed heals. During the shedding process, the hair in the area where the transplantation is made is also shed. 15 days and 1 month is the part where the patient reaches its appearance before transplantation. Afterward, there is no change in a period of 3 months. After this 3-month period, the hair starts to grow and the change in the patient is usually more noticeable within 5-6 months.

What Should Be Considered After Hair Transplantation?
During the hair transplantation operation, more attention should be paid to these areas, as both the grafted area and the transplanted area are treated. After this operation, you should rest at home for 3 days and be careful not to get any blows to your head. Rash and crusting may occur during the first 15 days after hair transplantation, this is normal and there is no need to worry. These crusts will heal spontaneously within 15 days. After the operation, you should wear a hat for 15 days to protect against external factors such as harmful UV rays from the sun, rain, wind, dust. After the hair transplant, you should not be in places such as gyms, sea, and baths for 1 month. In this way, you will protect the treated areas from possible inflammation.

Beard Transplant:

Beard Transplant:

Beard transplantation is carried out by taking hair follicles from the available parts of the body to the areas where the beard does not grow or the areas where it grows sparsely, and transplanting it to the required area.

Beard Transplantation Process:
• Stages and methods very similar to hair transplantation are used in the beard transplantation process;
• First, a pre-examination is made and the area to be transplanted is determined and the number of grafts is calculated.
• Local anesthesia is preferred as in hair transplant operations.
• Hair follicles are collected from the donor area and the grafts kept in the organ transplant solution are transplanted to the beardless area with the DHI beard transplantation technique.
• The process takes about 3-6 hours.

After the Beard Process:
Blood coagulates in the area where the procedure is performed and coagulation is seen in the area where the sowing is performed. In this process, physical contact with the planting area should be avoided. In this way, both bacteria formation and damage to the structure of the hair are prevented. The coagulation is cleared within 24-48 hours and the beards begin to appear. Scabs and rashes are also natural to be seen during this process. The crusts usually begin to disappear by the 3rd day and the rashes disappear over time. In the 2nd week after the operation, the shedding phase of the beard begins, and the hair follicles shed at this phase grow again later and the development continues for 2 years.

Calculation of Root Number:
• This situation varies from patient to patient, but if we are to generalize, we can divide it as follows;
• Between 350 and 500 roots for a mustache in an average person,
• 600 to 700 roots for a full goatee,
• Between 200 and 250 roots for sideburns and 300 to 700 roots for cheek beard
• If the patient is completely beardless, that is, the corner, it varies between 1500 and 3000 roots depending on the desired density.

DHI Process:
With the DHI procedure, follicle grafts are taken from the back or sides of the scalp similar to traditional hair transplant procedures. Then, the hair grafts taken are transferred to the parts where the hair density is missing in the upper lip and cheek area.

Who Can Have Beard Transplantation?
It can be applied to anyone who does not have any disease and who has a beard problem over the age of 18.

Eyebrow Transplantation

Eyebrow Transplantation

Eyebrow transplantation has become a preferred procedure by men as well as women. The demand for eyebrow transplantation is preferred due to eyebrow scarcity, loss of eyebrows over time, accident, burning, disease, and the eyebrow will have a thicker, more shaped and more frequent appearance. The DHI method is used as in the hair and beard transplantation technique. In short, hair follicles are taken from the donor area (usually the neck) and transferred to the eyebrow. Eyebrow Transplantation Process: As in other transplantation procedures, hair follicles are taken from the donor area (usually the nape area) and kept in a special solution to prevent any hair loss. The roots taken are planted one by one in the direction of the angle and shape. Care should be taken when opening duct during planting. Otherwise, when the eyebrow is transplanted incorrectly, it may come out differently, in the opposite direction or down.

Is There Any Scars After Eyebrow Transplantation?
With the FUE technique, we take the hair follicles with the help of micro-motor in the area we have determined. In this way, it is not possible to leave any scars after the grafts are removed and the eyebrow transplantation takes place.

After Eyebrow Transplantation:
After transplantation, slight rash and crusting occur in the eyebrow area. These crusts are shed rapidly. Since the hair follicles are sensitive on the first day, you should avoid contact with water and physical contact should be avoided. Do not swim in the pool or the sea for the first 2 weeks, and avoid intense sun, solarium and intense sports. New eyebrows begin to appear 3 months after transplantation and an ideal appearance is achieved within 8 months. Just like other transplantation procedures, the eyebrows begin to shed after about 15 days and the shedding continues for 3 months.
